To Whom It May Concern:

 

I saw the Jet Stripes Collection by Denby here in the United States, but soon realized that the set would be cost prohibitive.  I then decided to search the internet and located your company’s website.  The prices were far below our retail market and every wholesale market, that I am aware of, here in the States.

 

My next concern was obviously, ordering overseas and the potential for fraud and damaged products, should they arrive.  I corresponded daily with “Richard” and also spoke to “Wendy” and “Andrea Joyce.”  After these conversations, it was apparent to me, with 25 years of police/community service, that your company had a professional and thorough team.

 

I placed my order and once the order was complete and ready for shipping, your company charged my credit card, who immediately notified me and advised me I would be fully responsible for the purchase abroad, should I not receive the shipment.  I notified FedEx of my on-going problem with the lack of care for my deliveries and I also notified Richard.

 

In a couple of days, my shipment arrived.  Richard advised that he personally would oversee the packing of my order and assured me it would “withstand a nuclear attack.”  Although, slightly exaggerated, my package could have easily been dropped from the third floor (building’s only 3 floors) without damage.

 

The personal attention, concern and professionalism, has to be unmatched in the world.  I could not and have not been happier with the service I received from your team and especially Richard. 

 

I would highly recommend your company to anyone who wants the best in quality tableware, with the highest degree of customer care and satisfaction.
