You can use Denby China for cooking
in the Microwave and for storing food in the freezer
However, all pottery and china can crack when exposed
to sudden changes in temperature, no matter how strong
it is, so please avoid taking items straight from the
freezer and putting them into the microwave.
Even the hardest surfaces can be scratched: diamond scratches diamond. This can happen with all ceramic goods including your Denby. So please take care when stacking and handling your Denby as scratches can be more visible on coloured glazes
